Are you an experienced Physical Therapist ready to take the next step in your career?
FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Mooresville, NC is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team in a Clinical Director opportunity.
You do not need previous Clinical Director experience to be considered. We are looking for an experienced PT who is ready to grow professionally, take on additional leadership responsibilities, and help support the continued success of our clinic.
This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician with 3+ years of Physical Therapy experience who has some familiarity with balance and vestibular rehabilitation and an interest in developing as a clinical leader.
What We Offer
$78,000–$95,000 annual salary, commensurate with skills and experience

Manageable caseload averaging approximately 12 patients per day / 60 per week

Our Patient Population
Our Mooresville / Lake Norman clinic provides a diverse clinical experience with a strong emphasis on specialty rehabilitation:
65% Balance, Vestibular & Neurological
25% Orthopedic
10% Other diagnoses
This is a great opportunity for a Physical Therapist who enjoys treating a varied caseload and wants to continue developing expertise in balance and vestibular rehabilitation.
What We're Looking For
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Current North Carolina Physical Therapist license or eligibility for NC licensure
3+ years of Physical Therapy experience preferred
Experience or familiarity with balance and vestibular patients
Strong clinical judgment and commitment to excellent patient care
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with clinicians and support staff
Interest in leadership, mentorship, and continued professional growth
Organized, dependable, and comfortable taking initiative
Previous Clinical Director Experience Is Not Required
