As we continue to grow, we're looking for an Office Manager to join our Orthodontic team. In this leadership role, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice, providing leadership and support to both clinical and administrative team members. You'll play a key role in driving office performance, developing employees, maintaining operational excellence, and ensuring an exceptional experience for patients, families, and team members alike. 
  
We'reseeking an organized, collaborative leader who enjoys developing people, solving problems, and creating an environment where teams can perform at their best. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about leadership, accountability, and building a positive, high-performing practice culture.
