The Housing Authority of the City of Old Town is seeking a Finance Manager to be based in their Old Town, ME office.  The Housing Authority of the City of Old Town has been serving the community since 1970, providing safe, affordable housing and support services that help individuals and families achieve greater stability and self-sufficiency.  
 
Job Summary: 
The Finance Manager is responsible for all financial activities and financial operations of the Housing Authority of the City of Old Town, including but not limited to bookkeeping, accounting, and fiscal reporting.Responsibilities include preparing financial reports, processing large sums of cash, projecting cash flow, investing funds, preparing budgets and requests for funds, verifying deposits, handling accounts receivable, and accounts payable. This position requires specific expertise in areas of accounting, procurement, disposition, budgeting, investments, and developing knowledge of all relevant contracts, grants, and regulations of various programs.
