Starting Salary: $65,000/year (Higher salary available depending on experience)
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and safety-focused Field Operations Supervisor to lead and manage field crews supporting railroad track maintenance, repair, construction, derailment response, load adjustment/transfer, and related field operations.
This position is responsible for overseeing daily field activities, coordinating crews and equipment, ensuring compliance with FRA and DOT regulations, maintaining high-quality standards, and supporting safe and efficient project completion.
The ideal candidate has railroad field experience, strong leadership skills, hands-on heavy equipment experience, and the ability to effectively manage crews in demanding outdoor environments.
