As a video editor working with our team, you’ll support the development of performance-driven creative across Ro’s paid social channels. This role is focused on creating and iterating on a high volume of video work, primarily in 9x16, across platforms like Meta and TikTok.
We’re looking for a strong, well-rounded editor who can bring a high level of craft and polish to the work—from pacing, sound, and storytelling to color and final finishing. You’ll collaborate closely with creative and growth partners to bring ideas to life quickly while maintaining a premium bar for execution.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can jump into projects quickly, work independently, and own edits from initial concept or footage through final delivery.
This role reports to the Associate Director, Edit & VFX.

The target base salary for this position ranges from $111,800 to $133,000, in addition to a competitive equity and benefits package (as applicable). When determining compensation, we analyze and carefully consider several factors, including location, job-related knowledge, skills and experience. These considerations may cause your compensation to vary.
Ro recognizes the power of in-person collaboration, while supporting the flexibility to work anywhere in the United States. For our Ro’ers in the tri-state (NY) area, you will join us at HQ on Tuesdays and Thursdays. For those outside of the tri-state area, you will be able to join in-person collaborations throughout the year (i.e., during team on-sites).
