• The Role
• As a Junior Sales & Marketing Assistant, you'll work alongside an experienced team to support the delivery of customer acquisition and brand awareness campaigns for our clients.
• You'll gain practical experience in customer engagement, sales, brand representation and business development, while developing your communication and commercial skills through structured training and hands-on experience.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
• Engaging with potential customers across B2B and B2C campaigns
• Supporting customer acquisition and lead generation activity
• Developing your sales, communication and negotiation skills
• Maintaining a strong understanding of client products, services and campaigns
• Working collaboratively with the wider team to achieve campaign objectives
• Participating in regular training, coaching and development sessions
• Building experience across sales, marketing and business development
