About the role
We're looking for a brand and web marketer to keep a high-traffic company website current, fast, and on-brand through the 2026 election cycle. You'll be the day-to-day lead on a website refresh with an external agency, and flexible support across content, SEO, and brand for the growth marketing team.
This is a coordination-heavy role . You'll work across the web agency, technical teams, and internal stakeholders to keep projects moving, get approvals, and make sure every page converts.
- What you'll do
- Serve as the day-to-day contact for the external web agency on the website refresh: manage timelines, facilitate approvals, and supply assets.
- Improve conversion rate on priority pages, and make sure HubSpot and the web platform work together for lead capture.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders across marketing, product, and technical teams to keep the refresh on track.
- Support site content and priority landing pages for election-season product pushes, with the web vendor.
- Drive SEO improvements on priority pages, including metadata, on-page content, and technical fixes.
- Keep product marketing pages for a campaign website builder aligned to brand and messaging as it scales.
- Support web operations: tracking, redirects, and post-launch optimization across campaign pages.
- Review campaign and site outputs for consistent messaging and visual brand standards.
- What you bring
- 3–5+ years in brand, web, or digital marketing, ideally at a SaaS company.
- Experience managing website projects or redesigns with an external agency.
- Working knowledge of conversion rate optimization and landing page best practices.
- Solid SEO fundamentals, including on-page and basic technical SEO.
- HubSpot experience, especially forms, lead capture, and CMS or web integrations.
- A sharp eye for brand consistency in copy and visuals.
- Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills; you keep things moving without being chased.
- Alignment with the client's mission of supporting Democratic and progressive candidates and causes.
- Nice to have
- Hands-on CMS experience (e.g., WordPress, Webflow, or HubSpot CMS).
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Search Console.
- Copywriting or content strategy experience.
- Tools: HubSpot
- Political experience is not required. A strong SaaS background is preferred.
Our client is a mission-driven technology platform that powers online fundraising and campaign tools for Democratic and progressive candidates, organizations, and causes. Their growth marketing team is scaling two products built for down-ballot campaigns through the 2026 election cycle and needs experienced, self-directed marketers who are excited to support that mission.
