About the Role
Our client is seeking an Autonomous Vehicle Readiness & Response Operator to support our client’s public-facing autonomous ride-hailing service in Las Vegas, Nevada. This hands-on, in-person role combines vehicle readiness, field response, rider support, technical troubleshooting, fleet logistics, and vehicle recovery to help keep autonomous vehicles safe, clean, operational, and ready for service.
You’ll work across fleet, workshop, roadside, and outdoor environments while coordinating with riders and cross-functional operations teams. Because this is a public-facing role, you’ll provide clear, professional support during pick-up, drop-off, and recovery situations while documenting vehicle incidents, technical issues, recovery activities, and status updates in real time so operational teams can respond appropriately.

About Our Client
Our client operates an on-demand autonomous ride-hailing service. This role supports the company’s public-facing autonomous vehicle operations through vehicle readiness, field response, rider assistance, fleet logistics, and technical troubleshooting. Team members may support both service and test fleet operations as business needs require. The operation also includes activities related to vehicle deployment and new-market launches.
