What's the position?
The Manager, Partnership Marketing owns the day-to-day management and execution of Hard Rock Bet's partnerships across premium experiences, live events, and destination and venue programs within our Lifestyle & Entertainment portfolio. You will drive activation planning and delivery, serve as a primary point of contact for assigned partners, and keep programs moving from concept through flawless execution.

• What You'll Do
• Partner & Activation Management
• Own day-to-day management of assigned partnerships, from planning through execution and fulfillment, including on-site activations

• Serve as the primary internal and external point of contact for assigned partners

• Lead planning and on-site execution of premium experiences, live events, and destination and venue programs

• Manage guest experience details for premium programs, including access, itineraries, credentialing, and venue and vendor logistics

• Drive partnership timelines forward, ensuring momentum from proposal to execution

• Support deal refinement by helping define assets and experiential value propositions

• Negotiate and secure added-value assets, make-goods, or optimizations when appropriate

• Cross-Functional Execution
• Coordinate across internal teams (Brand, Creative, CRM, Promotions, Omni-Channel, Social, Media, and Legal/Compliance) and external vendors to ensure commitments are delivered on time and on brand

• Develop integrated activation plans across on-site, digital, social, CRM, content, and promotions

• Manage creative and campaign workflow from brief through production, approvals, and launch

• Ensure activations are delivered on brand, on budget, and aligned with partnership objectives

• Work closely with external agency partners to keep execution aligned, high quality, and scalable

• Measurement & Optimization
• Partner with Evaluation & Measurement to contribute insights and recommendations that inform optimization and future opportunities

• Support recap reporting for key partnerships, capturing results and learnings

• Identify opportunities to enhance performance and streamline processes

You have an eye for detail at high-touch, high-profile events.

• You will have:
• 4-7 years of experience in partnerships, marketing, events, hospitality, or experiential marketing (brand, entertainment property, venue, or agency)

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

• Experience managing partnerships or activations from planning through execution

• Experience with on-site event execution, including venue and vendor management and guest experience

• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously

• Ability to work with external partners, venues, and vendors while collaborating cross-functionally

• Comfort balancing hands-on execution with forward planning in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency in PowerPoint/Google Slides, Excel/Google Sheets, and project management tools (Monday.com, Asana, Airtable)

• Passion for sports, sports betting, entertainment, and culture

• Online casino, iGaming, or sportsbook marketing experience a plus, but not required
