Lead a high-performing regional team, strengthen provider partnerships, and expand access to TMS therapy across your market.
We’re looking for a dynamic, field-based leader located in Texas, Missouri, or Illinois to oversee a multi-territory team of Regional Account Managers (RAMs). This role leads a high-performing team charged with driving measurable growth by developing and scaling a strong, sustainable provider referral network. This is ideal for someone who thrives in a player-coach environment, balancing strategy, leadership, and hands-on execution.
- What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop a regional team of RAMs focused on provider engagement, referral growth, and territory performance.
- Review referral trends, market penetration, competitive activity, and performance data to identify opportunities and remove barriers to growth.
- Hold regular one-on-one meetings to review account strategies, provider activity, performance metrics, development goals, and territory priorities.
- Partner with sales leadership and operations to build and execute regional strategies that support center performance and market expansion.
- Support the team in identifying high-value provider accounts and building long-term relationships with psychiatrists, therapists, primary care physicians, and other referral sources.
- Maintain direct engagement with key regional accounts and spend time in the field alongside RAMs to observe, coach, and advance strategic opportunities.
- Use reporting tools and analytics to translate market insights into clear, actionable plans.
- Ensure the team maintains strong knowledge of clinical evidence, approved indications, appropriate patient selection criteria, and compliant business practices.
- Collaborate with marketing, reimbursement, medical, and operational partners to align messaging and address referral or access challenges.
- Manage performance reviews, development plans, required documentation, regional budgets, resource deployment, and timely reporting.
- Participate in hiring new RAMs and contribute to strategic planning, sales meetings, training programs, and cross-functional initiatives.
- What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, business, or a related field required.
- 5+ years of healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical device, clinical sales, or related experience.
- 2+ years of sales management experience preferred.
- Demonstrated success leading teams to achieve performance goals and territory growth objectives.
- Experience building strong provider relationships and implementing account or territory strategies.
- Ability to analyze market data and turn insights into focused plans and measurable action.
- Excellent communication, presentation, coaching, relationship-building, organization, and time-management skills.
- High ethical standards and experience working effectively in a regulated healthcare environment.
- Preferred Experience
- Behavioral health, neuroscience, or a related therapeutic area.
- Leading account-based sales or provider engagement teams.
- Referral-driven healthcare service models and the behavioral health landscape.
- Travel & Physical Requirements
- Able and willing to travel by air, rail, and automobile up to 80% of the time.
- Able to perform a combination of standing, sitting, walking, bending, and stooping.
- Able to lift up to 25 pounds.

- Benefits Statement: Selected candidate will be eligible to participate in the Company’s employee benefit plans, which currently include: health insurance; dental insurance; vision insurance; optional supplemental medical insurance; health savings and flexible spending accounts; company-paid life insurance and additional voluntary life insurance; company-paid short term disability and long term disability insurance; participation in a 401(k) savings and investment plan with company contribution; and paid time off for non-exempt salaried employees is calculated as .625 per pay period worked for vacation time and .29166 per pay period for personal time. Full-time exempt employees will be eligible for Flex-PTO, which allows time off without accrual. If applicable and required under state law, the successful candidate will also be eligible for paid sick leave. These benefits are subject to plan terms, company policies and are subject to change.
