About the job

The Role
Frank & Eileen is looking for a Head of Brand Partnerships to build and lead the relationships that expand our brand, introduce us to new audiences, and deepen our connection with our community. This leadership role will own our partnership strategy across female founders, women we admire, women-led businesses, creators and influencers, cultural talent, brand collaborations, and events. The right person is an exceptional relationship builder who understands how to identify the people, brands, businesses, and communities that are right for Frank & Eileen, and turn those relationships into meaningful, brand-building programs.

This is not simply an influencer or events role. We are looking for someone who can think broadly about who Frank & Eileen should be in the room with, how we build authentic long-term relationships, and how partnerships can help grow the brand. The ideal candidate combines strong cultural instincts with exceptional relationship management and the operational rigor to bring complex partnerships to life.

Compensation
Starting Salary Range of $200,000-$225,000

The Company

Founded in 2009 by Audrey McLoghlin, Frank & Eileen set out to reinvent the women's button-up using the finest Italian fabrics often reserved for menswear. Named in honor of Audrey's beloved Irish grandparents, the brand has grown slowly and intentionally into a woman-owned, woman-led leader in sustainability and slow fashion. After seventeen years of steady growth through wholesale partnerships and direct-to-consumer e-commerce, Frank & Eileen recently opened its first US flagship store—an Irish country house on Madison Avenue, NYC. This new chapter continues the brand's legacy of using entrepreneurship as a force for good while delivering generationless style to its beloved community of customers—all from our HQ in sunny California.
