What We Want
We’re looking for a customer-focused professional who thrives on building relationships and helping students navigate complex financial processes with confidence. The ideal candidate will serve as a key liaison between the Law School and campus partners, including Student Business Services, Financial Aid, and Veterans Services, to ensure an exceptional student experience. You’ll bring strong attention to detail as you monitor student accounts, resolve issues, and prepare reports and data files that support accurate billing and benefits processing. Success in this role requires excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy. If you enjoy improving processes, solving problems, and supporting law students throughout their academic journey, we’d love to hear from you.

What You Need to Know
Salary: $65,000-$70,000/annually (commensurate with experience).
