Your Opportunity: Venture Solutions is seeking a Production Coordinator to work in our West Sacramento, CA location. The position is responsible for wide variety of tasks including, but not limited to, accurately entering & tracking customer orders, communicating with customer service, sales, & production associates.

This location adheres to the Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA). All employees must undergo a federal background check, which requires U.S. citizenship

Your Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m.- 3:30 p.m.

• Your Responsibilities:
• Receive and enter orders into the Venture Solutions’ ERP system.
• Track orders as the orders are produced in our printing plant and ensure the orders complete as planned.
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely, professional manner
• Create and maintain reports for customer service, sales and internal production facilities.
• Interact in a positive manner with customer service, sales and production.
• Ability to prioritize under potentially stressful conditions

• You Must Have:
• High proficiency using Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Positive attitude, must be able to juggle multiple priorities.
• Ability to communicate proficiently and positively in English, both verbally and written

• We Would Also Prefer:
• Experience working in a production environment, preferably printing. Managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Ability to navigate and work in ERP systems.
• High School Diploma and two years’ project management experience.
• Customer service exposure a plus.

The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $24.00. The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation’s total compensation and benefits package for employee.
