About The Role
Our Authentication Centers (warehouses) are where the magic happens! The Art & Science of Real comes to life within our facilities located in New Jersey and Arizona — combining the knowledge of hundreds of luxury experts with cutting-edge, proprietary technology. As a Warehouse Technician, you will play a part in driving business operations forward by supporting fulfillment and shipping activities within our Authentication Center. This may include dock work, picking, packing, sorting, inventory control, folding and bagging. Eligibility

INBOUND - All Phoenix Receiving Merchandise Operations Specialists and Brand Specialist hires starting in October and November 2026
OUTBOUND - All Phoenix Warehouse Techs and Outbound Quality Control Associates starting in October and November 2026
Current team members noted above (plus Seniors) who are still employed and in good standing at the time of payout

Eligibility:
1. Any documentation (initial, written, or final warning) issued in Q4 will disqualify you and 2. Must be in good standing (no written or final warning) at the time of payout

*Sign-on bonus valued at $1000.
The first installment will be valued at $500 and will be paid in the first pay period of January 2027
The second installment will be valued at $500 and will be paid in the first pay period of April 2027

Bonus is only payable if the employee is in good standing continuously through the date each payment is made. All amounts subject to applicable withholdings and deductions. *Actual dates of bonus payouts are determined by the pay period within which your start date and required completed months of employment occur. Please review TRR's standard payroll calendar to determine your bonus payout date.

The expected hourly rate for this role is $16-$17.25. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR’s total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
