Position Summary
The General Manager is responsible for overall branch leadership, ensuring strong operational performance, financial accountability, regulatory compliance, and delivery of exceptional customer service. This role develops and supports employees, drives branch profitability, manages customer and employee escalations, and ensures alignment with company goals, policies, and standards.

Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay for this role is between $85,000 and $100,000. Your base pay will depend on multiple individualized factors, including your job-related knowledge/skills, qualifications, experience, and market location.

The candidate's applicable education and experience will determine where a candidate falls in the position range.
