Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Technical Support Representative to join our ever-evolving Global Technical Service Center team to help shape the future of global commerce.
Schedule: Sunday-Tuesday and every other Wednesday 8am-8pm ET
- What you’ll own
- Delivers responsive customer support in a 24x7x365 production environment, addressing large-scale, production-impacting issues. (Holiday coverage may be required)
- Leverages strong soft skills and targeted probing questions to troubleshoot and resolve issues for internal and external clients.
- Analysts are responsible for documenting and tracking client incidents in ServiceNow to drive timely resolution.
- Communicates complex technical concepts clearly, both verbally and in writing, for technical and nontechnical audiences; demonstrates excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
- Exemplary team player who builds strong cross-functional relationships, communicates with clarity and empathy, shares knowledge proactively, and contributes to a positive, inclusive culture. Comfortable giving and receiving feedback, aligning priorities, and stepping in to help teammates meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
- What you’ll bring
- Experience using ServiceNow, Splunk, Mainframe applications and MS Office 2003/2007/2010/2013.
- A self-learner that has the flexibility to think, interpret and apply the knowledge gained.
- High school diploma or GED with relevant work experience, or a degree in a business-related field.
- Strong customer service skills when supporting both internal and external users.
