Saint Mary’s Hospital a member of Trinity Health Of New England is looking for an experienced Behavioral Health Specialist, Social Worker, LCSW to come join our team of highly specialized integrated behavioral health professionals.

The Behavioral Health Specialist / Crisis Clinician is a Licensed Social Worker who provides psychiatric evaluations for pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients in the Emergency Room and Behavioral Health Unit. The Behavioral Health Specialist provides behavioral health consults, assessments, individual treatment, family consultations, care coordination, referrals, and participates in multidisciplinary teams which coordinates, monitors, and plans behavioral health care services throughout the episode of illness to meet the individual needs of our patients in order to improve the quality of care.

Pay Range: $30.10 - $48.15 per hour

Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
