The Kent School of Social Work invites applications for Part-Time Lecturer (PTL) teaching positions in the following program areas:

Salary based on a per credit hour value of course taught (Typically a 3-credit hour course)

We offer courses in traditional and online settings.
MSSW Program (Three Positions – In Person Classes: Research Methodology and Design, Social Justice Policy, & Social Justice Practice)

Requirements: Master’s degree in social work required plus two years’ post-masters experience. Experience in research and/social justice teaching or practice preferred.

Resumes will be screened as need arises. Applicants will be considered as openings become available for teaching in Fall, Spring and Summer semesters and the Winter Session. Overview of the University

The University of Louisville is a state supported research university located in Kentucky's largest metropolitan area. It was a municipally supported public institution for many decades prior to joining the university system in 1970. The University has three campuses. The 287-acre Belknap Campus is three miles from downtown Louisville and houses 7 of the university's 12 colleges and schools. The Health Sciences Center is situated in downtown Louisville's medical complex and houses the university's health related programs and the University of Louisville Hospital. The 243-acre Shelbyhurst Campus is located in eastern Jefferson County.
