Job Title:

Job Summary:
Manages and coordinates clinical quality improvement initiatives, data analysis with regards to clinical outcomes for benchmarking and dashboard performance purposes. Facilitates data coordination for presentation to the clinical and medical healthcare team. To perform job duties in accordance with the medical center's purpose.

Education & Experience
Master's degree plus three (3) years of experience in Healthcare Management, Healthcare Quality Improvement, Case Management, Performance Improvement, Direct Patient Care, or related field and two years of experience must have been in a supervisory role.
Or
Bachelor's degree plus three (3) years of experience in Healthcare Management, Healthcare Quality Improvement, Case Management, Performance Improvement, Direct Patient Care, or related field, two years of experience must have been in a supervisory role.

CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES OR REGISTRATION REQUIRED: Valid RN license.

Knowledge of current theoretical approaches to delivering nursing care and strategies for examining and applying relevant concepts
