Job Title:
Project Manager II - Health Education and Community Engagement _ MIND Center

Job Summary:
Oversees, coordinates, and manages activities and resources for an assigned project. Establishes and implements project management processes to ensure project requirements are delivered effectively, within budget, in compliance with established standards, and within the specified time frame.

Education & Experience
Education and Experience Required:
Bachelor's degree and two (2) years of experience as a project manager.

Certifications, Licenses, or Registration required:
N/A

Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience demonstrating strong interpersonal, verbal, presentation, and written communication skills, with a proven ability to develop and deliver health education programs, community outreach, and engagement initiatives. Knowledge of continuing education and accreditation standards, along with experience utilizing learning management systems and virtual training platforms to support effective learning and development programs.

Knowledge of project management processes. Skill in the use of personal computers and related software applications. Verbal and written communication skills. Interpersonal skills to interact with a wide range of constituencies. Ability to present information and respond to inquiries. Ability to clarify project objective, goals, and the roles and responsibilities of participants. Ability to organize and manage resources.

Physical and Environmental Demands
Requires occasional exposure to unpleasant or disagreeable physical environment such as high noise level and exposure to heat and cold, exposure to biohazardous conditions such as risk of radiation exposure, blood borne pathogens, fumes or airborne particles, and/or toxic or caustic chemicals which mandate attention to safety considerations, occasional working hours significantly beyond regularly scheduled hours, occasional travelling to offsite locations, occasional activities subject to significant volume changes of a seasonal/clinical nature, frequent work produced subject to precise measures of quantity and quality, occasional bending, occasional lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds, occasional climbing, occasional crouching/stooping, occasional driving, occasional kneeling, occasional pushing/pulling, occasional reaching, constant sitting, frequent standing, occasional twisting, and frequent walking.
