As a Digital Intelligence Analyst, you'll help manage and administer the Marketing Insight technology stack for Unisys, working directly with our Marketing Digital intelligence Senior Manager. It's a hands-on role with real room to grow: you'll become an expert in the platforms that power our targeting, and you'll help shape where our data and reporting go next.

• What you’ll do:
• Administer our Marketing Insight and Intelligence tech stack day to day, including Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360), Intentsify, ZoomInfo, and RingLead, keeping each platform running reliably.
• Build and activate audiences in Salesforce Data Cloud, troubleshoot issues, and develop deep enough expertise to become the team's go-to resource.
• Monitor marketing data quality across systems, flag inconsistencies, and help resolve them.
• Maintain our target account list in partnership with marketing and sales.
• Build reports and dashboards that turn campaign data into clear, actionable insight.
• Partner with marketing, sales, and partner/alliances teams to fulfill audience requests for campaigns and programs.
• Support intent data platforms and vendor relationships to ensure reliable data delivery.
• Support website tagging using Google Tag Manager.
• Get a front-row seat to our data modernization, including our move to Databricks and Power BI, and help represent marketing's needs as the platform takes shape.
• Spot manual or inefficient processes and suggest improvements.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

• A BA/BS degree and 2–4 years of experience in marketing operations, sales or revenue operations, marketing analytics, or a related role, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 1–2 years of hands-on Salesforce experience
• Experience building segments or audiences in a CDP, marketing automation platform, or ad platform (Salesforce Data Cloud a strong plus)
• Exposure to intent or data enrichment tools such as ZoomInfo, Intensify, 6sense, or Bombora
• A data-curious mindset: you like finding gaps, asking why, and figuring out the fix
• Clear communication skills, including explaining data to non-technical stakeholders
• The ability to work well in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Nice to have: Google Tag Manager, Power BI or Tableau, SQL, or exposure to Databricks, Snowflake, or Azure
