The Site Operations Supervisor – Projects for the Matting Region is an integral part of the field team and will be accountable for the overall performance of multiple crews under their jurisdiction, both week-to-week and at the end of the project. They will be evaluated both on the financial performance of their projects as well as customer satisfaction with the work being done. This position will work closely with the Foreman and Regional Directors, also ensuring the Foreman is able to properly staff their jobs with equipment as well as personnel.
