Change Management Consultant

The Change Management Consultant supports the planning and delivery of change initiatives by assisting with impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, communications, training, and adoption activities. Working under the guidance of the Change Management Manager, this role helps develop change materials, track readiness and adoption metrics, coordinate with business units and project teams, and support change champions. The consultant plays a key role in executing day‑to‑day change activities and building foundational change management capabilities within the organization.
