This position reports to:
Manufacturing Unit Manager

In this role, you will lead the engineering team responsible for the design, development, and lifecycle management of LV and MV Instrument Transformers, Sensors and Outdoor Products -OH Switches, Fuses & Cutouts- used in low- medium‑ and high‑voltage applications. You will also oversee engineering execution from concept through production, ensuring products meet performance, reliability, manufacturability, cost, and compliance requirements. Each day, you will drive technical excellence, lead cross‑functional collaboration with manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and product management, and ensure product lines stay competitive and aligned with market and regulatory standards.

The work model for the role is: 100% On Site

This role is contributing to our NAM Electrification Distribution Solutions Operation in Pinetops, NC for ANSI Grid Components.
