• Senior Maintenance Technician | Night Shift
• Starting Pay: $30.00/hour + Night Shift Premium | Pay Based on Experience
• Schedule: 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM
• Location: Owatonna, MN
• Viracon is continuously hiring experienced Senior Maintenance Technicians to join our night shift team in Owatonna, MN.

• What You’ll Do
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial manufacturing equipment
• Perform electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and other maintenance repairs
• Diagnose equipment issues and identify the root cause of problems
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to keep equipment running safely and efficiently
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and equipment manuals
• Use hand tools, power tools, testing equipment, and diagnostic equipment
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and minimize production downtime
• Install, modify, and maintain machinery and equipment
• Assist with equipment improvements and maintenance projects
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and communicate equipment issues to the team
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Work independently while also supporting the maintenance team and production operations
• What We’re Looking For
• We are looking for experienced maintenance professionals who are:
• Experienced in industrial or manufacturing maintenance
• Strong troubleshooters who can diagnose and repair equipment issues
• Experienced with electrical and mechanical systems
• Comfortable working independently and making maintenance decisions
• Able to read electrical schematics and technical documentation
• Comfortable working in a fast paced manufacturing environment
• Dependable and safety focused
• Willing to work a 12 hour overnight shift
• Qualifications
• Previous industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience required
• Experience with electrical troubleshooting and mechanical systems preferred
• Experience with PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, motors, and other industrial equipment preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
• Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and work around manufacturing equipment
• Must be able to pass a pre employment drug screening, including marijuana
• Must be available to work the assigned 12 hour night shift
• Night Shift Schedule
• The night shift works a 12 hour schedule from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM .
• Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and every other Saturday-
• Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and every other Saturday
• This schedule provides consistent hours while giving you every other weekend off.
