Administrative Assistant – Grant Funded (Hourly)
Job Description Summary:
Provides complex clerical, administrative, and implementation support for the THECBB Nursing Innovation Grant. Assists grant director and project manager with administrative duties including but not limited to scheduling, documentation, coordination, communications, logistics, record maintenance, and other implementation activities.

Technology Skills
· Use a variety of spreadsheet, word processing, database, and presentation software.
· May also use social media, work with desktop publishing, and update webpages.

Required Education
High school diploma or equivalent.

Safety
Work safely and follow safety rules. Report unsafe working conditions and behavior. Take reasonable and prudent actions to prevent others from engaging in unsafe practice

Pay Rate
$24.10/Hour
