The Associate Medical Director, Rare Disease role is a part of North America (United States) Medical Affairs, a strategic partner within Biogen, that helps inform medical practice across our therapeutic areas and pipeline to improve meaningful patient outcomes. As a key member of the US Rare Disease Medical Director office team and reporting to the Medical Director, the Associate Medical Director – Rare Disease is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of the US Medical Strategy for Biogen’s SMA (Spinal Muscular Atrophy) and ALS (Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis) therapeutic areas. Additional Information

The base compensation range for this role is: $183,000.00-$252,000.00
Base salary offered is determined through an analytical approach utilizing a combination of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills & experience, job location, and internal equity.

Regular employees are eligible to receive both short term and long-term incentives, including cash bonus and equity incentive opportunities, designed to reward recent achievements and recognize your future potential based on individual, business unit and company performance.
