Service Center
CSCS TX Process Improvement & Operational Efficiency
· Evaluate center workflows to identify inefficiencies, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
· Develop and implement practical solutions that improve productivity, operational consistency, service quality, and profitability.
· Own assigned improvement initiatives from assessment and solution design through implementation and measurement.
· Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce unnecessary steps, and improve resource utilization.
Data Analysis & Performance Management
· Analyze operational data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
· Define success measures and assess the effectiveness of implemented changes.
· Translate quantitative and qualitative findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
· Monitor post-implementation results to help sustain improvements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Change Management
· Partner with Operations, IT, Procurement, Training, Quality, and Strategic Accounts on process enhancements.
· Engage center teams and operational leaders to understand challenges and validate solutions.
· Influence adoption of new practices without direct supervisory authority through communication, training, and stakeholder engagement.
Process Standardization & Implementation
· Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), workflows, and work instructions.
· Support testing, rollout, and optimization of operational tools, systems, and processes.
· Troubleshoot process issues, recommend corrective actions, and support projects involving equipment and capacity improvements.
·Ensure improvements align with applicable health, safety, and quality requirements.
- EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience to gain the knowledge skills and experience required for the role
- 2-5 years of experience evaluating, optimizing and designing processes

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Position requires little to moderate physical activity. Handling of average weight objects up to 15 pounds; occasional standing or walking; frequently at a keyboard, workstation, or desk.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Work is typically in a normal office administrative environment involving minimal exposure to physical risks. Occasionally will work in a shop environment with exposure to fumes, airborne particles, caustic chemicals, moderate noise, and temperature fluctuations.
