Salary Range: $85,000 – $125,000

Potential Relocation Assistance: Depending on eligibility and business needs, you may qualify for up to $10,000 in relocation assistance to support transition expenses. This assistance is intended to help cover moving, travel, and related support as you relocate to help families. As in all such agreements, it is subject to conditions and may require repayment if employment ends prematurely.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Clinical Supervisor II is responsible for all clinical aspects of treatment for the patients they oversee. This includes the assessment and analysis of the patient’s skills and challenging behaviors, development of treatment plans, overseeing the implementation of treatment, collaboration with and training of their patient’s caregivers, as well as ongoing coaching and training of behavioral technicians. Treatment plans are primarily designed to address areas of medical necessity and may occur in a variety of settings including the CARD center, patient’s home, school, community, or via telehealth. Clinical Supervisor IIs report to the Group Clinical Manager.
