This clinic functions as the onsite primary care corporate health center for Glidewell Dental Ceramics employees—the nation’s leading dental and medical device manufacturer and one of the five largest employers in Orange County. CareATC Team members working at this location enjoy access to a wide range of onsite amenities, including a fully equipped fitness center, restaurant and cafeteria, and a dental operatory.

The clinic operates Monday through Friday from 7:00am–7:00pm. This is a 40-hour per week position, working a consistent schedule of 10:00am–7:00pm.
Services offered at this site include Primary Care, Acute Care, Acupuncture, Physical Therapy, and Massage Therapy.

About the Job:
As a Massage Therapist , you will work collaboratively with the primary care and interdisciplinary care team to provide exceptional patient care and achieve optimum health in a clinical setting. Your therapeutic interventions will be instrumental in assisting patients in making lasting changes to improve their overall health and well-being.

• Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
• Benefits: Eligible for full company health and wellness benefits
• Annual Compensation Range: $65,000-$75,000

• What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities):
• Therapeutic Treatment: Provide in-office therapeutic massage, which may include soft tissue, facilitated stretching, myofascial release, and trigger point therapy , using modalities allowed by the State practice act guidelines.
• Patient Coaching: Assist patients in making lasting changes to improve their overall health using therapeutic interventions.
• Continuity of Care: Serve as a facilitator to ensure patients' continuity of care, acting as a conduit between the services of the health center, collaborating providers, and the community.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the primary care and interdisciplinary care team to provide holistic patient care.

• What You’ll Bring to the Team (Minimum Qualifications):
• Licensure & Education (Required): Completion of an accredited Massage Therapy program and a valid State License/Certification where required.
• Experience (Preferred): 2–3 years of Massage Therapy experience preferred.
• Core Skills: Must have strong communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment .
