JOB DESCRIPTION:

Position Summary
The Program Administrator serves as the primary coordinator for program implementation and works closely with community partners, schools, healthcare organizations, libraries, employers, faith communities, local governments, and regional stakeholders to improve mental health literacy, reduce stigma, increase awareness of available resources, and strengthen pathways to behavioral health services and mental wellness supports.

Minimum Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Experience
Three years of relevant experience.
Licenses and Certifications
N/A

Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree, grant management, behavioral health, or rural health experience.

Physical and Work Environment Requirements
Work is performed in an office, clinical, residential, and/or community-based environment depending on role and assignment. The position may involve routine use of office, clinical, or electronic systems and equipment. Duties may require prolonged periods of sitting, standing, walking, and working at a computer. Work hours may include evenings, weekends, holidays, or extended shifts based on program needs. This position is classified as sedentary work. Sedentary work involves exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the position.
The Growing Mental Wellness Program Administrator provides leadership, coordination, and oversight for the Growing Mental Wellness Together initiative across Centerstone covered counties: Brown, Lawrence, and Jackson and LifeSpring covered counties: Crawford, Harrison, Orange, Perry, and Washington as part of Region 7's Rural Health Transformation Program. This position is responsible for ensuring successful implementation of community mental wellness promotion activities, community engagement and strategies, community education efforts, and digital behavioral health resource expansion through the CredibleMind platform.
