Position Overview:
The overall responsibilities of this position will be for all company locations to develop, implement, monitor and revise as necessary, all aspects of the company accountability auditing procedures to ensure compliance with requirements stipulated by PCI (Plastic Card Industry) physical security requirements required by secure card issuance authorities, i.e., Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc. Due to the nature of this position, only the strictest of confidentiality will be tolerated.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leads the accountability team within the accountability auditing operations
- Ensure staff is trained in all aspect of the accountability operation
- Ensure physical security PCI auditing compliance for the designated shift
- Maintain all auditing policies, procedures, and practices
- Oversee the secure card auditing system while maintaining a full traceability system of all secure card products for the shift
- Ensure the integrity of all work-in-progress, finished goods, and destruction of secure materials.
- Ensure corrective actions are taken for auditing miscounts to and from all clients and vendors. Report all actions to the Card Auditing Supervisor
- Maintain communications with the Management team through a monthly reporting system
- Will consistently maintain a level of confidentiality for all accountability related matters
- Will assist in providing audit documentation prior to and during all PCI audits
Other Important Responsibilities:
- Timely corrective action response and resolution to all card security situations.
- Engage and support companywide safety and cleanliness programs.
- Handle related email correspondence and fill in on follow-ups when other Auditing Leads are absent (as needed).
- Will operate as a Card Accountability Auditor when necessary
- Communication of all Safety and Security policies, procedures and practices are maintained at all locations for consistency where applicable.
- As part of the EMS- Environment Management System, will meet compliance obligations and accountability by contributing but not limited to the company's recycling guidelines, proper waste and other environmental performance practices
- Will be required to perform other job functions, as assigned
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience banking or an accountability related function preferred
- Ability to relate to employees and understand their needs and must maintain a level of confidentiality
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Strong attention to detail and ability to self-check own work
- Excellent time management skills
- Task oriented excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize work load
- Enthusiastic attitude, cooperative team player, adaptable to new or changing circumstances, professional demeanor, sensitive to client needs, self-motivated, creative and innovative;
- Excellent problem-solving skills; and
- High level of computer literacy including working knowledge of MS Office Suite.
Physical requirements and work environment:
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs;
- Must be able to sustain office work for 8+ hours per day including the following:Sitting in an office chairTypingReaching for the telephoneStanding at office equipmentHearing for phone useSight for computer use
- Must be able to sustain factory work as needed including the following:Standing at machineryReaching and pulling to operate machinerySight for machinery operationWalking through shop
- Office environment is of moderate noise level.
- Shop noise levels are such that protective ear-coverings are recommended.

Pay Range
$19.38 - $31.01 Hourly
Offers will be negotiated based on each candidate's qualifications.
Incentive Compensation
This role may be eligible to participate in our annual or quarterly incentive plan. Incentives are earned based on employee performance against defined metrics and company goals.
