Clear Channel Outdoor
Job Summary:
Clear Channel Outdoor Holdings, Inc. is one of the world’s largest out-of-home (OOH) advertising companies, having a diverse portfolio of over 450,000 print and digital advertising displays in 31 countries that reach millions of people every month. In the US, Clear Channel Outdoor operates in 44 of the top 50 media markets and features a fast-growing network of over 3,600 digital displays across roadside, transit and airport environments.

Clear Channel Outdoor is looking for an Associate Digital Asset Operations Specialist responsible for supporting the lifecycle management of communications and technology assets that power Clear Channel Outdoor's nationwide digital display network. This role manages inventory, equipment fulfillment, shipping and receiving, asset tracking, RMA coordination, and configuration management data accuracy. Working closely with engineering, operations, and field teams, this position helps ensure that the right equipment is available, accurately tracked, and delivered where and when it is needed. Responsibilities include following established processes, maintaining system records, coordinating logistics activities, and performing basic equipment preparation and validation activities. This is an entry-level individual contributor (IC) role that focuses on asset lifecycle management, inventory operations, logistics coordination, and operational data accuracy. You will play an important part in helping to mature and improve asset lifecycle management processes, inventory controls, and operational workflows as the organization continues to grow.
