The Executive Assistant (EA) provides high-impact, strategic, and confidential support to C-level executives, enabling the executives to operate at maximum effectiveness. This role serves as a trusted partner, managing complex priorities, anticipating needs, exercising sound judgment, and representing the executive’s office in interactions with internal and external stakeholders. The EA operates with significant autonomy, discretion, and decision-making authority on matters of the executive team.

This role is hybrid with both work from home and onsite days in Bellevue/Seattle are required. Occasional planned travel to our Southfield, Michigan office may be required.

Target Compensation: A competitive base salary range from $93,487 – $109,068. This position is eligible for an annual variable cash bonus, between 7.5 - 15%. Bonus amounts are based on individual performance. Final compensation within the range is influenced by many factors including role-specific skills, depth and experience level, industry background, relevant education and certifications.

Required degrees must have been earned at institutions of Higher Education which are accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or equivalent.
