About you and this role:

Dow has an exciting opportunity for an Associate Operator located in Auburn, MI (USA).

The Associate Operator operates industrial mixers, mills, presses, and drum tumblers to produce and package advanced silicone materials.

This is an entry level position for Operations at the Auburn site and successful candidates will be expected to progress to more advanced operator roles within the Auburn Site as they develop the necessary skills and experience. Note: Operator Progression is managed at the site level.
