Trustbridge Hospice, a member of Empath Health, is seeking an experienced and compassionate RN Manager for our Inpatient Hospice Unit in West Palm Beach. You will provide clinical leadership and operational oversight for our inpatient hospice team working the following schedule: 9pm - 7:30am and every other weekend

What You'll do:

As the RN Manager of our Inpatient Hospice Unit, you will:

• Provide day-to-day clinical and operational leadership for the inpatient hospice unit.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality hospice care that meets regulatory, accreditation, and organizational standards.
• Promote a patient-centered approach focused on comfort, dignity, and quality of life.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, productivity, and resource utilization.
• Collaborate with physicians, social workers, chaplains, therapists, and other interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

What You'll need:

• Current Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Minimum of three years of hospice, palliative care, oncology, critical care, or related clinical experience.
• Minimum of two years of leadership, supervisory, or management experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of hospice regulations, quality standards, and interdisciplinary care coordination.
• Strong communication, coaching, and team-building skills.
