Riderwood Village by Erickson Senior Living Join our team as a Fitness Specialist and make a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults. In this role, you'll empower residents to maintain their independence, improve their health, and achieve their wellness goals through personalized fitness programs and ongoing support.

How you will make an impact
- Conduct comprehensive fitness assessments to develop safe, individualized exercise plans that support healthy aging and functional independence
- Coach residents on proper exercise techniques while providing encouragement, motivation, and ongoing support to help them achieve their wellness goals
- Foster a welcoming, safe, and inclusive fitness environment where older adults feel confident and empowered to stay active
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and staff, serving as a trusted wellness resource and champion for healthy aging
- Lead safe, engaging group exercise classes designed specifically for older adults to help improve strength, balance, mobility, and confidence
- What you will need
- Minimum of 1-year related work experience
- Current CPR/First Aid certifications.
- Experience in evaluating fitness programs for seniors is a plus.
- Personal Training Experience preferred
