Job Description

As a valued contributor to our team, you will provide expertise in mortgage pricing and execution while managing relationships with key lender partners. You will evaluate market conditions, transaction economics, lender needs, and competitive dynamics to develop strategies that balance return, risk, and business objectives. You will advise on pricing and execution opportunities, lead time-sensitive transactions, and collaborate with internal partners to develop solutions that support lender needs and broader Capital Markets objectives.

This position is designated as sensitive and requires the incumbent to undergo an initial background investigation and periodic re-screenings based on role sensitivity and company requirements. Employees in sensitive positions are required to fulfill a mandatory absence of 10 consecutive business days per calendar year, in alignment with risk management and operational integrity standards.

The hiring range for this role is set forth below. Final salaries will generally vary within that range based on factors that include but are not limited to, skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and other relevant qualifications.
