This position is for an Interventional Radiology Technologist with a primary focus in Neuro Endovascular procedures. The Neuro Endovascular Technologist functions as a critical member of the procedural team, directly assisting Neuro Endovascular and Vascular Surgeons in complex, high acuity cases.
GMC is a Level I Stroke Center, providing comprehensive diagnostic and therapeutic management for the full spectrum of neurovascular conditions. The facility also accepts and treats all levels of aortic and peripheral vascular disease, utilizing advanced, state of the art endovascular and surgical techniques.

This posting reflects an opening for an IR Technologist I and we are seeking candidates for that position. Geisinger reserves the right to consider applicants for higher levels of this role to include IR Technologist II based on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Interventional Technologists independently perform or assist the licensed practitioner in the completion of cardiac, neuro, body, and/or vascular-interventional procedures. Interventional Technologists prepare, administer and document activities related to medications and radiation exposure in accordance with federal and state laws, regulations, or lawful institutional policy.
