Emplify Health-Friendship (a.k.a. Gundersen Moundview Hospital and Clinics) is seeking an experienced full-time Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our rural health clinic in Friendship, WI. This position will require an experienced clinician. We are looking for a team-oriented clinician who provides full-spectrum Family Medicine. This is an outpatient only position. The clinic days are Monday through Friday.

Gundersen Moundview Hospital and Clinics (Critical Access Hospital/Rural Health Clinics) has been meeting the healthcare needs of Adams County and the surrounding area since 1959. We offer a variety of services including: 24-hour emergency care, family clinic (Friendship and Westfield, WI), inpatient care, outpatient services, diagnostic testing, surgical procedures, full-service in-house pharmacy, and Vision Clinic. Must have completed an accredited program and be eligible to obtain a license to practice in our multi-state region with no restrictions or limitations. Advanced practice clinicians work under the direct supervision of a physician. Clinician staff may need to provide outreach service as part of their role in the system. Teaching students, residents, fellows or clinical staff is cornerstone to our Medical Education philosophy and an expectation of all clinicians.
