JOB FUNCTION / SUMMARY:
The Digital Relationship Banker is responsible for the integrated delivery of a broad range of both digital and non-digital banking products to include: Consumer loan and deposit products, Small Business loan and deposit products, while working closely with business partners to ensure annuity, brokerage, trust, mortgage and insurance needs are identified. Experienced banker with expertise in digital banking and lending as well as general business practices such as sales and service. This position assists in the daily operations, execution and support of inbound/outbound phone-based retention and sales efforts and is expected to build relationships, which may lead to sourcing additional products and services through outbound phone activities and the consultative sales process.
