- What You'll Be Doing
- Operate front-end loaders and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently to move raw materials.
- Load haul trucks, hoppers, and stockpiles while maintaining quality and production targets.
- Conduct pre-operational equipment inspections and report maintenance needs promptly.
- Maintain safe work practices and support site safety initiatives at all times.
- Assist with general plant and pit operations to ensure efficient material flow and productivity.
- What Are We Looking For
- Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy mobile equipment in a production environment.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety, teamwork, and following established procedures.
- Ability to perform equipment inspections and identify operational or maintenance concerns.
- Effective communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Dependable work ethic with the ability to adapt to changing production needs and priorities.
- Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
- Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

- $23.26 to $34.61 per hour
