- What You'll Be Doing
- Accurately process truck scale transactions, tickets, invoices, and shipping documentation.
- Provide outstanding customer service by assisting drivers, customers, vendors, and visitors.
- Maintain plant records, production reports, inventory data, and other administrative documentation.
- Coordinate daily communications between plant operations, dispatch, customers, and transportation partners.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements while supporting efficient plant operations.
- What Are We Looking For
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to accurately process data, documentation, and transactions with strong attention to detail.
- Effective communication and customer service skills when interacting with a variety of stakeholders.
- Proficiency with computer systems, Microsoft Office applications, and business software.
- Reliable problem-solving abilities and sound judgment to support daily operational needs.
- Work Environment
- Primarily office-based within an active aggregate quarry operation.
- Frequent interaction with truck drivers, customers, vendors, and plant personnel.
- Exposure to outdoor conditions, vehicle traffic, noise, dust, and varying weather conditions when supporting plant activities.
- Standard business hours with occasional flexibility required to support operational demands.

- Competitive base salary $42,200 - $49,585 ($20.29 - $23.84)
