- What You'll Be Doing
- Operate and monitor crushing, screening, conveying, and material handling equipment to support safe and efficient production.
- Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance to maximize equipment reliability.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and communicate equipment concerns promptly.
- Maintain product quality standards while meeting production targets.
- Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
- What Are We Looking For
- Ability to safely operate industrial equipment in a quarry or heavy manufacturing environment.
- Mechanical aptitude and capability to identify and resolve routine operational issues.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and environmental compliance.
- Dependable team player with effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing production needs.
- Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
- Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
