ICF, Inc., is seeking an early-mid to mid-career PhD- or PsyD-trained Clinical Psychologist SME with 8 - 12 years of post-doctoral experience to promote the uptake of effective evidence-based clinical practices across the Department of War (DoW) Military Health System (MHS). The successful candidate will apply a clinical perspective to the translation, implementation, and evaluation of evidence-based psychological health practices, while helping to scale innovative, evidence-based clinical practices that improve the quality, effectiveness, and consistency of mental health care throughout the MHS. This is primarily a telework position; however, candidates must reside in the Washington, DC Metro Area as on-site work in either Silver Spring, MD or Falls Church, VA could be required on occasion .

The selected candidate will have demonstrated experience with behavioral treatments, issues, and techniques related to psychological conditions most relevant to the military (e.g., substance misuse, trauma resulting from combat and/or sexual assault, suicide risk assessment and intervention, etc.).

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.

The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is :
$89,649.00 - $152,404.00
