 Logan Health Medical Center in Kalispell, Montana is seeking an experienced RN leader to lead our 40-bed Acute Care/Medical-Surgical Unit in Kalispell, Montana.
This is an opportunity to lead a dynamic inpatient team while making a meaningful impact on patient care, staff engagement, quality, and operations . We’re looking for a visible, collaborative leader who can develop people, navigate complexity, and build a culture where teams thrive.

Annual Salary Range: $126,360–$157,955
Salary placement within the range is based on relevant leadership experience, qualifications, internal equity, and other applicable factors.
Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance may be available for highly qualified candidates.

Schedule:
Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
