 Logan Health Medical Center's inpatient pharmacy is looking for an experienced Pharmacist to fill the role of Hospital Pharmacy Operations Supervisor.

In addition to overseeing the day to day operations of our Inpatient Hospital Pharmacy, this newly created position will be responsible for supervising pharmacy technicians and overseeing their orientation, training, competency development, performance, and growth. You'll help strengthen compliance with DEA, DSCSA, clean room, sterile compounding, medication tracking, delivery, security, and waste requirements while ensuring accurate documentation and consistent pharmacy practices.

In this role, you will provide scheduling, ongoing staff education, evaluate processes, and promote high standards for quality and medication safety. This is also a hands-on role that provides some occasional shift coverage and assists with pharmacy technician functions when needed.

Maintains regular and consistent attendance as scheduled by department leadership.

Shift:
Day Shift - 8 Hours (United States of America)

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, 8-hour day shifts
Occasional coverage of pharmacy technician shifts may be required

Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
