POSITION SUMMARY:

The Production Planner is responsible for developing a systematic daily production schedule to fulfill product demand for assigned products and manufacturing areas. This role develops detailed production schedules aligned with short-term plans and manages customer order demand in line with capacities and production schedule dates. The Production Planner aims to optimize production efficiency considering all related resources and constraints such as changeover times, sequencing, raw materials availability, and optimal batch sizes. This role monitors schedule adherence and proactively adapts plans to mitigate risks and resource constraints, identifying root causes and supporting resolutions in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
