As VP II, Market Leader, you will build and execute a multi-year territory strategy, develop high-value advisor relationships, coach sales talent in the field, and help position LPL as the leading destination for financial advisors across independent, regional, and wirehouse channels.

Job Overview
The VP II, Market Leader is responsible for recruiting high-quality financial advisors to the LPL Financial platform and delivering territory sales results. This leader maintains a comprehensive view of the market, manages a complex recruiting pipeline, strengthens key internal and external relationships, and serves as a senior escalation point for complex transactions and negotiations. The role also provides in-field coaching and mentorship, supports recruiting outcomes across multiple geographies and market segments, and requires travel up to 80% of the time. The successful candidate must reside in the assigned territory or be willing to relocate.

Pay Range:
108,750-181,250/year

Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location. This position is also eligible to earn sales incentive compensation.
