Plays a vital behind-the-scenes role in ensuring providers and care teams have timely access to accurate documentation to support safe, high-quality patient care.

Job Description:
Position: Medical Records Technician
Location: Waterville, ME
Schedule: 40 hours per week
Shift: Days | Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

As a Medical Records Technician, you’ll be an essential part of our Health Information team, ensuring medical records are accurate, secure, and accessible. Your work directly supports patient safety, compliance, and seamless care coordination across the organization.

Compensation Information:
$17.14 - $30.00

The hourly pay range shown represents the base pay range for this position. Individual pay is determined based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills, and market considerations. In addition to base pay, eligible team members may earn additional compensation through shift, weekend, holiday, on-call, and other applicable differentials.
